]]> Washington Express was founded in 1981 and is proud to be a company that has served the Washington D.C. community for over 35 years. Today, our Washington Express Movers team helped with the delivery of 7,000 children’s shoes to Capitol Hill in remembrance of all lives lost to gun violence. Members of the AVAAZ group coordinated thousands of pairs of shoes to be lined up on the southeast lawn of the U.S. Capitol building. This “Monument for our Kids” represents every child that has lost their life to gunfire since the deadly shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012.
